Unit 414 is a 2 bedroom, 1,250 square foot loft unit. The downstairs bedroom includes 2 twin beds in the downstairs bedroom (that can be made up as a King). The upstairs master suite includes a King bed and a large bathroom that includes a separate shower and soaking tub. A Queen sleep sofa is located in the living room. A 2nd bathroom is located downstairs.

Unit 317 is a 3 bedroom, 1,750 square foot loft unit. The downstairs master suite includes a King size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub. An additional bedroom downstairs includes 2 twin beds (that can be made up as a King bed). Upstairs in the loft is another master suite complete with King size bed and large bathroom with soaking tub. A 3rd bathroom is located downstairs. A mid-week cleaning and linen change is included for 4 night or more stays. Daily housekeeping is available but NOT included.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: 

25% is due on signing the agreement and the remainder is due 60 days before in winter and 30 in the summer.

25% of the total fee is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

75%  of the total fee if paid is refundable if notice to the Owner is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, and the owner has secured another tenant.
