DESCRIPTION
Plaza #7 is a garden level condominium in the St. James Place Resort. This unit, which sleeps 6 to 8, includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Since this unit is located on the Plaza level, you can walk right out the front door to adjacent shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The master bedroom suite includes a King size bed and a large bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a King size bed and a full bath. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed (Queen size on bottom, Full size on top). With 1,600 square feet and eleven-foot ceilings, the condominium provides a spacious yet cozy environment for a vacation of a lifetime. Since this condo is owner operated, your vacation stay is not restricted to specific start and end days, but are open to fit your schedule and the availability of our condo.

LOCATION
This luxury condo is located in the St. James Place Resort, which is next to the Park Hyatt Hotel, right on the Plaza in Beaver Creek Village. Walk out the front door and up the heated Plaza, less than 100 yards, to the main lift. Besides the many restaurants, art galleries and shops on the Plaza, you'll also find an open air ice skating facility and the Vilar Center for the Performing Arts, with live entertainment - all just steps away.
Beaver Creek Ski Resort is adjacent to the town of Avon, which is located 10 miles west of Vail in the Eagle River Valley in Colorado. Shuttle buses from Beaver Creek Village go directly to the Vail ski area. Besides Vail, your Beaver Creek lift ticket is also accepted at Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, which are also just a bus ride away.
