The master bedroom suite includes a King size bed and a large bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and the third bedroom includes two twin size beds (can be made up as a King).

Beaver Creek Ski Resort is adjacent to the town of Avon, which is located 10 miles west of Vail in the Eagle River Valley in Colorado. Shuttle buses from Beaver Creek Village go directly to the Vail ski area. Besides Vail, your Beaver Creek lift ticket is also accepted at Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, which are also just a bus ride away.

11% sales and resort tax will be added to above rates.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

A mid-week cleaning and linen change is included for 4 night or more stays. Daily housekeeping is available but NOT included.

Above rates include complimentary garage parking for one automobile per unit. Additional vehicles will be charged a rate of $10/night by St James Place.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: 

25% is due on signing the agreement and the remainder is due 60 days before in winter and 30 in the summer.

25% of the total fee is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

75%  of the total fee if paid is refundable if notice to the Owner is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, and the owner has secured another tenant.
